One example of an investment criterion: a term of at least 6 years, with the goal of an average return of 15 percent per year on equity and full or partial exits possible from 5 to 6 years.

Clean Water Assets
After successfully investing in water between 2016 and 2018, Momentum has resumed its investment strategy in water technologies, including AI. We recently participated in a second partial acquisition of a water technology company based in the United States, partnering with an American family office in cutting-edge water purification technologies. With its co-investors, Momentum is currently expanding its portfolio in phases.
Momentum Leisure
Momentum Leisure develops, builds and launches theme parks in Central and Eastern Europe. Together with our business partners, we have been developing collective expertise and know-how in creating scalable theme parks since 2008. Momentum is the largest certificate holder in this market leader in Central Europe for family theme parks. We are currently raising financing with co-investors and semi-institutional parties, so that Momentum Leisure can gradually expand its portfolio of theme parks to seven and ultimately ten parks.
Perpetual Next
As a builder, owner and operator of factories that convert organic waste into high-quality bio raw materials such as biomethane, biocarbon and biomethanol, Perpetual Next is helping industry become more sustainable. Momentum is the largest certificate holder. The current investment round is aimed at expanding the number of production facilities to 15 factories, for which external capital is being sought.
Seaborough
Seaborough is an R&D company that develops, commercialises and licenses innovative nano solutions and lighting solutions. The company is active in three areas: Materials, Life Science and Electronics. Momentum is the largest certificate holder. At this stage, industry players and other investment companies are being approached for additional financing.
